Alicia Malone

Alicia was through the FilmStruck hiring process in 2015. Malone took a recording of Robert Osborne and Ben Mankiewicz's openings in order to practise reading them before the camera ahead of the TCM hosting audition. Malone auditioned to get an Turner Classic Movies hosting position. They hired her January the following year. Malone spoke about the challenges women face in the movie industry twice in TEDx presentation. Maree was also featured on various programs, such as the Today show NPR CNN The Movies Documentary series MSNBC Access Hollywood E! Entertainment Tonight MTV 2019 Live from the Red Carpet Oscar show as well as ABC. Also she developed and was host of the YouTube program Indie Movie Guide for Fandango.
