Alexandra-Maria-Lara
Alexandra Maria Lara was born in Romania. She's now an actor from Romania and Germany. Her most well-known movies include Rush, Downfall Youth Without Youth Control. She was the sole child of Romanian actors Valentin Platareu, Alexandra started her career in show business in the early years of her life. By the time she reached the age of 16years old, Alexandra was able to land prominent roles in a variety of shows on television. Her critically acclaimed role in the made-for-television film Der Tunnel paved way for many other noteworthy roles, including the role of Adolf Hitler's secretary Traudl Junge from the commercially and critically profitable Oscar nominated historical war film Downfall. The Reader and Der Baader Meinhof Komplex are the other Oscar nominated films that feature models. Alexandra is known for her participation in a variety of notable projects, both in the United States as well as internationally. The projects include British biographical films Control Greek dramatic film The Dust of Time French historical Miniseries Napoleon, amongst others. Additionally, she was part of both jury for the Cannes Film Festival jury and Transylvania International Film Festival.
